Case Study

Woodfire & Green is also the home of Knights Catering. To the front of the building was a high quality fit out of a restaurant space of circa 2000 sq ft. To the rear is an extensive catering kitchen used by the restaurant but primarily used by the outside catering element of their business.

The Sussex

Case Study

The Sussex was transformed from a bar into a full-service restaurant above a pub on Leeson St. High levels of joinery were required along with detailed metal work to create the required look. A neat kitchen was designed and fit into a tight space allowing it to prepare for a 55-seat restaurant.
