“Upon acquiring our first Dublin location for Huckletree in June 2017, we engaged Roccul to carry out our fit-out works. We felt that this was a complicated project; 27,000 sq. ft. of commercial space laid out over five separate floors with a mix of a listed/protected buildings, and a more modern structure to the rear. To add to the complexity, we also needed the project completed over phases.

Branding is everything to us, so it was imperative that Roccul could follow our design brief and completed the finishes to the highest possible standard, which they did. “Roccul Ltd undertook a fit out project for a large multi national client of CBRE, who were the Designers & Project Managers. It entailed a strip out of existing structures and then a full fit out of new glazed partitions, bespoke joinery, ceiling and floor finishes. They were responsible for the Design & Build of the M&E element.

Through early procurement and excellent on site management they were able to deliver a 6 week project 1 week ahead of schedule.
