This was Rocculs first venture into the UK market. Alter Domus are an existing client so we were delighted to be asked to price their project in this iconic building.
After months of planning and design, we took this from Cat A through to a wonderful Cat B finish it then took 12 weeks on-site to create a stunning office overlooking the city.
This project consisted of over 13k sq. There is a spacious back office area for the staff and and a slick client-facing area complete with a bar!

Commercial building:
Internal fitout of the commercial building and Central stair core, consisting of the fitout of the landlord areas (partitions, linings, toilet core, balustrades, finishes), partial CAT A fitout of tenant areas on level 3 and 4. Full CAT A fitout on level 2 to include ceilings and raised access flooring, painting and decorating throughout the building, associated mechanical and electrical installations in landlord and tenant areas.

This was a wonderful project for us to have completed in partnership with Clune Construction Company Clune look after Clark Hills’ fit-out requirements all over the US. When we took over the site it was a Cat A so all aspects of Cat B fit out were undertaken by ourselves and our team of dedicated sub-contractors. .

Huckletree is one of London’s fastest growing co-working communities. This was a full strip out and re-fit over 5 floors on their new premesis on Pearse Street, Dublin 2. A design driven project with a high quality of finish.

Roccul took two floors of this project in Navigation Sq. in Cork. We took these two floors from a grey box to a CAT A fit-out. We raised access floors, grid ceilings and decoration.

External works included 30kWp of PV Panels, a new ventilated ridge system, new warm roof construction to the two annex roofs, and a pumped wall cavity with loose-fill insulation. Blowerproof liquid airtight and vapor control spray was applied to the existing external walls and achieved excellent airtightness results.
Upgrades to existing windows and doors, external decorations, and landscaping have lifted the aesthetics of the external of the building. Whilst new raised access floors, Internal walls were plastered and painted, and rebated edge acoustic mineral fiber ceiling tiles have been fitted. This created a modern comfortable interior office space

Roccul carried out all aspects of this high-end Cat B fit-out for Pepsico. This office was also shortlisted for a LOOP Design award in the “offices” category.

Roccul spent 3 months on site in Facebook’s head office in Grand Canal carrying out quality work throughout.
These works involved upgrading and repairs to joinery, new floor coverings to all meeting rooms and a full redecoration. All of these works were done out of hours to accommodate the busy environment.

BASF engaged us to provide a turnkey fit out on City Quay within a tight 6 week programme. Through early procurement and excellent on site management we managed to deliver it 1 week early. All partitions, joinery, flooring and decoration were undertaken by Roccul with the direction of the design team in CBRE. It was Design & Build on the M&E.
