8 Luxury boutiques.

  • Complete shop facade replacement and structural alterations.
  • High specification security systems
  • High-End floor/Wall/Ceiling and Joinery finishes to turn-key.

When we first started with this project the space was just a shell & core. We went into serious details with the mechanical & electrical (lighting), plaster work, high-end finished joinery, fixtures & fittings plus a lot more. We brought in some high-calibre subcontractors to help us bring this luxury boutique to fruition.

Case Study

It’s safe to say Griolladh have changed the toastie game in Dublin since they first launched in 2020. While they started off running out of food trucks at different markets and locations, they opened their first brick and mortar in 2022.

Griolladh have officially launched their Central Plaza store and we wore delighted to have been apart of their journey so far.

Case Study

We have had the honor once again to be involved in this project with Paul Sheeran. Another of Paul Sheeran Jewellers‘ luxury boutiques has opened its first-ever standalone store in Dublin.

Quick speed turnaround which comprised of a complete strip out back to shell. A full M&E install, Floor, wall & ceiling finishes throughout. Full shop and upstairs office joinery fitout

Hampton Hotel

Case Study

Roccul worked through snag lists provided and kept a record of the condition of each room/ space as you find it. We provided management costs/prelims on a weekly basis, timesheets for labour, schedules of all materials/products purchased and associated costs.

Works included: corridor walls and skirting prepped and painted, red walls re-painted and varnished, iron holders installed, tiled skirtings installed, small snags to rooms completed, small paint touch ups done (we have previously painted these rooms, carpet install, supply art work, repair leaks).

The Works included Refurbishment of building to include fire compartment upgrade as set out in report prepared. Upgrade to floors, Lift shaft, service risers and existing fire doors. Guud Day Café

Case Study

Roccul have completed the Guud Day Coffee shop located right beside the new Hilton Hotel directly across from the Four Courts, Dublin. ☕️

This was a turn-key project from Shell and core consisting of, a new M&E install, dry lining, floor + wall finishes, and a high-end joinery installation.

As always this project was turned around within the given budget and timeframe set by the clients.
